Sports Association of the Blind Light from Osijek

On Tuesday, November 5, 2024, we presented our System to the members of the Sports Association of the Blind “Svijetlost” in Osijek as part of our promotional campaign aimed at the public, particularly the blind and rehabilitation professionals. Along with Zagreb, Varaždin, and Čakovec, this is the fourth city in a series of many that we wish to visit. About ten members of Svijetlost had the opportunity to see the potential of Lunas Spectrum in practical application through tactile guides and tactile self-adhesive and sewn labels. We would like to thank the journalist from Laganini Radio in Osijek who covered this event. Above all, we express our gratitude to the president of the Svijetlost Association, Stojan Bjelajac, for his openness to collaborate with our Association and to the members of Svijetlost for their warm welcome.

Mid-term demo day of Forward to Health Innovation program 2024 was held.

The internal mid-term demo day marking the completion of the first phase of the Forward to Health Innovation program took place on Wednesday, July 3, at the AstraZeneca space in Zagreb! The demo day brought together startup teams, mentors and partners, representatives from AstraZeneca and Selvita and investors interested in the development of innovations in the healthcare sector in Croatia. The teams that have participated in the Forward to Health Innovation program over the past few months have presented the projects they have been diligently working on…

The innovation of the Lunas Spectrum color marking system was rated by the jury as an “Extremely Innovative Idea“. We continue with the startup development program.

Self-adhesive labels

Dear Madam/Sir, we are happy to release our PVC self-adhesive labels. The labels are 2x2cm of size. They are transparent, so they do not disturb the appearance of the product. Also, they are permanent and resistant. The price is 0,30 euros per piece, and are sold as a set. The set consists of 10 labels of the same colour, for example, 10 labels of blue. They are bowed and tactile recognizable.

Lunas Spectrum memory

Dear Madam/Sir, we released our Lunas Spectrum memory. It is made of the wooden plates dimensions 4x4x1 cm. The labels are printed so they are possible to be simultaneously tactile felt and seen. Memory consists of 15 pairs (30 plates) – blue, yellow, red, green, orange, violet, brown, crème, pink, white, black, grey, golden, silver and transparent. They are placed in the frame on which numerical and literal labels are put. They mark the position of the plate inside the frame. The system is similar to the game of chess. Memory is demountable and takes a little space while transporting. It is not targeted only to the blind people, but it can be used by everyone. It can be ordered via our Lunas Spectrum association at the price of 100 euros + shipment.

Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences

Prof. dr.sc. Tina Runjić gave us the opportunity to present Lunas Spectrum to the students and the student of the 2nd year of Faculty of Eduaction and Rehabilitation Sciences in Zagreb on 22nd March 2017. We are grateful to the professor, the assistant Vlatka Penava, mag. rehab.educ, the students and the student for interest, patience and active participation. We are looking forward to our further collaboration.

Lunas Spectrum innovation was given the silver medal at ARCA international fair on innovation

Lunas Spectrum innovation was given the silver medal at ARCA international fair on innovation held in Zagreb, from 20th till 22nd October 2016. We are grateful to everyone visiting our showroom and meeting with Lunas spectrum colours. We are also grateful to the commission that recognized out innovation as notable and thus award the silver medal.

Lunas Spectrum was given the Big award of 4th Saloon of Innovation in Bjelovar

In a big hall of Central hotel in Bjelovar at the exhibition named 4th Saloon of innovation, Vedran Stanić and Perica Mihaljević won the Big award of Saloon with the innovation called The system of tactile coulour labels for the blind people. It is about the tactile labels made of dots. Following the painting logics of emergence of colours, this System from the lables for three primary colours and labels for black and white creates the labels for the secondary, tertiary and other colours. Thus the authentic tactile labels whose creation is described by their appearance are created. The system contains the method of darkening and lightening of coulours, their toning, combining, adding the level of transmittance and brightness and cmyk system. It covers a large shade spectrum and it enables to understand the development of colours, its everyday usage through the labelling of different items by self-adhesive or stitched labels with the colour labels. It also offers the possibility of painting. Saloon of innovation in Bjelovar has been held for four years on the organization of Croatian Chamber of Commerce and Bjelovar County Chamber and it represents the innovators from entire Croatia.
